Need help with setting backgroung

Hello,
hey whats up my name is los, i need help setting a background, i have tried to right click a picture and set to background and nothing, i have also tried going through display properties and im not even allowed to click on the browse or on any other background given and on the lower left hand of the display property box it says background locked, please help. thanks

hello los,

have you checked if the image is in the jpeg format or bmp?

Hello, I hope whoever reads this message is well!  I’ve been experiencing an issue since before Christmas and I have no idea what to do. When opening Instagram the app, it always tries to get me to update my email address. After doing the app states I won’t have access to some settings for a few days. This has been going on since December, I’ve tried updating my email address on multiple devices to no avail. (See photos) Any guidance/help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
