Can't load new Adobe.

Hello,

I'm trying to load the updated Adobe Flash. When I get to the page that allows me to click to install I can't install it. I'm stuck on that page, can't get out except to "ctrl,alt,delete". I see that this could be a "Windows Registry Permission" issue...what can I do if it is?
