How to create a batch file, from one folder

hi, any body can help me how to create a batch file that can copy a specific folder to another directory when the .exe file is open

it's my project but i can't figure.

the argument is;

can copy a folder at a time the .exe is open. .then rename the copied folder into the new directory in every time .exe is open....

i tried a source from your site i cant run it..

any body can give me an idea...please...
