in most cases XP already have build in universal serial bus drivers that come with it,so i am pretty sure that when you visit their website you cant be able to find drivers for XP, the only drivers that will be available will be that one of windows 98 so if you are still having a prove of slip from the manufacture of that pen drive, i give you an advise that you have to return it to them, don't be shy just visit them and report this matter it might happen that the manufactures of that pen drive don't know about this error, because i am a PC Engineer, my client was having the same problem as you have,i will look forward to hear from you pls contact me on tukz2@webmail.co.za
