Hi i forgot email password

few month ago, i had changed my password.but i forget that password,i know the previous password and mail address but i have forget the secret question and answer too.what can i do,would u help me to open my account,where i have missed lots of important documents.

Dear Sir,

Please contact the specific email service provider's support to see whether there is any way to change the password other than the normal one.
