Outlook 2007 - attachments Closed

Question

Unable to insert or open attachments - Error message: "You do not have permission to perform this operation."

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 6.0

Dear Sir, 

Please get using an administrator account instead of a user account or still check whether the security settings are not causing such trouble. Deactivate them to see whether the problem gets solved.
