Wrongly configured microsoft outlook

when configuring the microsoft office outlook with my cognizant mail id,there are four people in my name,and wihout checking my id i have given the another person's name insted of mine. so it shows some error like you have to connect with microsoft exchange before synchronization.so the page is not opened.i need to reconfigure.how to do that pls help me
