hi,
have bought a latitude d620 but has the issue of a locked system,
my service tag is 5H6NN1S and the service code is #5H6NN1S-595B
any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated as i have just spent a lot of money on this,

HI there,

Please mention what had been locked bios or windows login?Both can be reset.

sorry, had to do some research it is the main bios/boot password
pops up with black &white screen with servicetag in middle
