Video playbak problem

Working with XP Pro. The problem is that when I play a video, any type or size, the video starts but the image does not move while the sound continues. A few seconds after, the image moves a little and stops again. The only way to continue the video is moving the mouse without stopping, this happens to me with all players except divx.

Dear Sir,

Please consider updating your graphic card or your RAM memory. Otherwise get the graphic card upgraded.
