My laptop problems HELP ME!

Hey yall ok so heres my problem. I have an Hp laptop and it was running really good..up until a few days ago. It got really slow and no i cant get on my net browser at all i will click on it and the page pops up but then it wont to anything after that and it will say not responding then i have to shut it down....i did a system restore and everything i did a disk clean up and a defragment on it but nothings working..HELP ME! how do i fix this?
