Mouse and keyboard properties cannot find

please help me

yesterday i repair my windows xp sp2 because almost all of my windows components has lost including mouse and keyboard properties and other control panel items. i download new xp sp2 from torrent then i burn it to cd and when i'm done it's back to normal.

but only the mouse and keyboard properties is missing. i also run main.cpl but my windows cannot find it. please help me!!!

can i download mouse and keyboard properties for xp? please give me the link if it's ok.

but if not what is the solution?
