I forgot my email's password

Hello,
I forgot my hotmail password and the secret answer and the alternate e-mail i changed my password and i dont remember it and i have alot of important emails related to my work please advice with any solutions it's very important.

Please contact the specific email service provider's support to see whether you can provide alternative information for confirming that the account is really yours and hence getting the possibility to change the password.
