unable to send emails Closed

Hello,

I am currently running on windows vista. My windows office has been working perfectly and then suddenly I have also been unable to send emails. The system will not allow me to open a new msg therefore am unable to send.

Please check the ports like Imap and Pop3 service is enbaled..
Try to send a blank message to your self after disabling the antivirus software, if you could receive the mai. the problem is related to the software firewall in your antivirus..
if you are using any antivirus its firewall might be blocking the smtp ports.. please make it open with the help of your antivirus technician..
