I bought a Dell Inspiron 1545 with Windows 7. They tried to sell my a computer that had all the unnecessary preloaded programs removed so that the laptop would run faster. Can anyone tell me what those programs might be so I can remove them my self.

All depends if you installed some software which are large in size and are not used frequently .
