Cod Waw failed

when i try to start cod waw this comes up

i went to can i run it and it says i need to buy somthing that cost 1500$ i dont have that money what do i do?

You have a video card or processor less than the game .(I think the graphics card).

You don't have a video card that is fast enough to run the game. There is no work around.
