Call of Duty 4 Multiplayer not Working

I just Downloaded Cod 4 for my Pc a few days ago and The Multiplayer does not work. I don't understand it. Everytime I choose a server, it says

"Key Code In Use. Please Try Reconneting Later."

When I try this, all it says is the same thing and when I check my key code, it's valid!
Is this because I downloaded it or somthing like that?

If anyone has the answer to how to fix his or what the sentence means, please write below.

Yes, well I havent read the rulles on this forum but i'm sure that this is becuse you have been downlode this game from exsaple: The Pirat Bay. And thats why you can't play it online becuse you are not allowed to play online if not you have buyed the game.

hay una manera de jugar solo que el serial ya esta en uso porque los seriales que consigues son PIRATAS o sea que todo el mundo los usan puede ser que un hacker haya entrado al mismo server que querias entrar y esta baneado o si no si tienes la version 1.0 de COD4 MP actualizala ya que los viejos servers son todos originales te paso los links por si acaso:
