pen drive is not working,,,plz help meClosed

Question

i m having a pendrive of 4 gb,i-ball make.  i never had a problem with it before,but today when tried to open it ,it is not opening,and system is asking to format it but if i do this i'll 
looose my data,and its very important data for me,i cant do anything without it ,
plz if anyone can show me the way to get my data back.i'll be thankfull to him.

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 6.0

Dear Nitin, 

It is being recognized but actually it should be containing a virus or some corrupted files causing this trouble. You will definitely have to format it completely in order to have it functioning properly.
