Dear Manisha,
There is a possibility that you might have remove the graphic card's driver. Please confirm it by getting to your device manager and hence install the right compatible driver for it that you will get to download from the following address.

maybe your already mistake remove the graphic adapter driver. you can check it on the My Comouter icon by right click, click for manage, go for device manager if the display adapter showing the yellow icon it mean the driver is missing.. you can download it in www.dell.com and search for your computer product...
