Laptop model VGN-NW28GG

when i press the shift and @' button i get a " symbol and when i press the shift and " button i get the @ symbol. basically the " & @ are set up wrong @ is on the 2 key and " is on the @' key the commers etc all in the right place though. how can i correct this

Hi there,

Open control panel,open region and language tab,now on language tab press on change keyboard>language and select us then add.
