My friend has an HP desktop with XP , and when they turn it on it will ask them if they want to run set up or save and exit. If you select save and exit nothing happens,if you select set up it goes into system utility and runs for hours and hours. What is wrong and how do you fix it? I tried to install a virus program, but it won't even recognize the cd?
