Restoring factory settings in vista

Hy i'm wondering if any one of you know how to restore a Toshiba Satellite M505-S4975 Special Edition. All these viruses are attacking my computer. I want to check if restoring the laptop will help me... Please i need any help that will do any help... PLEASE!!!
