Why my usb cant acces?

HELLO ,

I Have Somthing to ask when i reformat my pc my flash drive is plug in and after reformating my PC when i use the flash drive it makes removable disk F: and when i open it. it says Insert Disc why why why?? plss help me is my flash drive broke? hmpp... i cant understand what happened i try it in many computer shops in my laptop but theres no drive working ... AMF ! pls help me
