I just had a second hard drive installed in my HP tower to use for back up. Now the machine boots up from the new HD and I don't have access to any of my installed programs. I can open the original HD and see that my data is still intact. I want to boot up from my original HD that has all my programs on it. What do I need to do to change the start up drive, back to my original HD?

You need to get into the BIOS and change the boot order. The first hard drive in the book order is now set to the new drive. I don't have a HP desktop so I can't tell you the exact key to press during the boot process. Check the manual.

Good Luck
