CD-ROM tray not opening Closed

  I'd like some help please!!!! My CD-ROM tray doesn't open when I click the button. I've tried everything. It makes sound but it doesn't open. I pulled it off and manually pulled the tray. I tried to put the disc and closed the tray manually but it doesn't read the disc. HELP!!!!!!!!

Dear Sir, 

There should be a problem with its cables that have not been properly connected. Please check out the issue and plug them correctly for the problem to get solved.
