Cant connect to Itunes 9 :( Closed

I have tried everything! proxy, LAN, Firewall, Teh parental controls thing...Everything! It still wont let me connect. It says "Network connections timed out" Someone please help me :((
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0
