gud day, i have a problem on my laptop, last night i installed new antivirus for and scan it, then it requires rebooting.. i shut it down because i am sleepy. when i woke up this morning, my laptop wont start. the power did respond, i hear the fan respond, but the caps lock indicator keeps on blinking and and scroll indicator. but it wont proceed to my windows. i even cant go to safe mode or in set up... i also tried removing the battery and plug the power cable directly but it gave me same result..
hope someone can give me a solution for my problem..
