dna a211 i modem problem Closed

Question

I have problem with the modem. my modem is type II having bsnl connection.
It is made by ITI
when i start my modem it works good till ten min. after that it start rebooting automatically.
what might be the problem.
also i have doubt in my charger.
please answer me.

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.3

plug it somewhere else, if it still restarting, there should be a little button on the back to restore it's factory settings, push that then configure it till it stops restarting

if your modem is restart after ten mints so plz do you reset the modem then again config.
