Wanna appropritate steps 4 bootable pendrive

hey raj.... i just wanna know how to make pendrive bootable
i just cant get frm ur above explanation ...
so plz sent me an appropriate steps to install .... xp via pendrive

or any body else wanna help me so sent me a mail for anything .....
