First of all you should get Bluetooth Dongle. when you buying dongle it has Driver. installed it or windows or Ubuntu OS has Bluetooth build-on/ Pre installing Bluetooth software. then open that software and click Search Devises or send a file then choose a file/s then click send? Or u can use other Bluetooth software for that process.

Hi there,
You need to activate Bluetooth on both devices from the one sending and receiving and then make it be visible to searches made ,pair both by entering a password of your choice and send file.
