hi
1. check your internet coneection
2.check your browser settings for instance IE
Tools > Internet option > connection > LAN settings > uncheck all options
3.try different brower
4.turn of your Antivirus if its kaspersky inernet security then turn of its firewall
5. turn off windows fire for a moment then turn it back on when you check if your net works again
