Can i restore data on samsung

i blocked my samsung SGH-J700i and theen saw a post about reseting it but i didnt mean to reset it i didnt no that iit wud work. i only half reset it and now all my messages and details and images and things that i have set is gone. is there any way for me to retrieve this data

Dear Sir,

Resetting it in fact deletes all the files on it and will get it to its original state. You will hence have no possibility to have them back.
