Trouble Shooting Sound

Hi,

I am Anas. I don't hear any Sounds from my computer. I checked device manager and all the sound settings they show me that there is not having any problem. But in the Master volume control Dialog Box I can't adjust the Balance of Microphone and PC Speaker. Both of them seem to be fixed. Please help me with this. Thank You
