How to enable admin account in win 7

when i am trying to enable account from a user account it given an error system 4 and shows access denied, only this user account is enable, also when i am trying through command then same access denied.

there is any way by which i can enable my admin account through bios or any way pls help me

You could try closing some of your files is quite often the problem

Error Code 4
System error code 4 means "The system cannot open the file." This error code may also display as "ERROR_TOO_MANY_OPEN_FILES" or as the value 0x4.
