I can't send emails with outlook 2007 Closed

Question

I am able to receive emails but for some reason it isn't letting me send them.  I am running windows 7.  I have tried almost all the settings... please help:)

There should be some problems upon its configuration settings, please provide how you have configured it so that we get to spot the problems.
