Hi there,
Your friend must contact Facebook and ell them on the situation if she can still access her account ,she must change her personal information for resetting password as well as the password itself.

ambucias>> what i mean is.. someone did the same name and identity on facebook.. how can she report it or blocked it.. he ruins her personality.. try to help please thanks a lot..

read through it carefully and be sure to place all of the correct information there, im sure here personality will be just fine. We can not do more then direct you to the facebook help sites, they are the only ones that can help get here account back.
