Hi there,
Your friend must contact Facebook and ell them on the situation if she can still access her account ,she must change her personal information for resetting password as well as the password itself.

ambucias>> what i mean is.. someone did the same name and identity on facebook.. how can she report it or blocked it.. he ruins her personality.. try to help please thanks a lot..
