Upload pictures from cell to hotmail account?

Hello, I can't get my pictures off my cell phone and onto my hotmail account. Please help ASAP, thank you ver much.

Dear Sir,

You should have the application for uploading the pics and hence you will be compelled to upload it from a PC.
