About folder lock

this is ajay reddy,I have downloaded one folder lock software and installed in my computer i have checked everything its fine i tried in all methods to open unless if we know the password but any intruder checks it and finds the uninstall option in the programs and made it then the complete information in the disk vanishes then how can we say that it is safe method to lock files,folders or disks please send me the reply,even though the software is with us or without
