Hello,

My sound card is:SB X-Fi Audio [B000]
Windows XP
All updated drivers

I have a problem with my z5500. My pod broke and i bought this:

it's got 3 jacks, and just one of them works at the time. I dont know how to explain it well so here ill show you a picture i made.

So basically just that one hole works, i guess the other ones are for mics/etc.
How can i make it work? with the pod i would just plug the green cable and the whole system would work, but now just one of the three jacks works. For example if i instert the subwoofer cable in the hole that is shown in the pic, only the subwoofer and centre speaker will work.
Thanks

Hi there,

The cable itself is defective as per what you describe i can understand this ,try ti check the pins via a multimeter to continuity.

Fixed it. changed registry entries to make all my sound card entrances output and not input.
