How to get the mobile web settings of 7210?

Hello

I have question and I badly need your answer guys :( How do i get back the web settings on my mobile after being re-program? Before I reprogram my mobile 7210 Super Nova I can still access the mobile web, like doing Facebook and ym, but after i reprogram it, some settings are missing out :( and i cant access facebook anymore.
