n72 unsupported file format Solved/Closed

Hello,  

i'm having n72 wd me.past 10 days when i take fotos &go to gallery to watch dem it shows file format not supported.i've tried that *#7370# thousands of time & also formatted my memory card. 
help me wd dis!! 
also if u could tell me some gud &working antivirus for my phone.

In your situation ill request you to flash the mobile phone,take it to local Nokia representatives or any mobile phone repair shop as its software related issue.
