PC freezes...

Hello,
Can someone help please!
I've got windows vista. My laptop freezes when i click on start menu or any other icon in the desktop. Somebody told me that it might be due to the Internet Explorer. Anyway, I can't uninstal anything because the laptop freezes once i click on any icon or start menu....

PLEASE HELP.

your problem would probably be with your memory. bec for you to efficiently use vista u should have a big memory capacity.

for you to close inactive/not responding programs use the task manager
