Helppp!!!! shows nothing on screen

Hello,

my laptop is MSI, it was running the other day,,, but when i turned it on yesterday the screen is totally black but it is loading.. i dont know what to do... please help me....

If you can provide the exact info like which operation system Linux, windows it would be really easy to solve the problem
