Windows wont start without memory test Closed

Question

Hello, 

Everytime I turn off my computer it wont boot when I turn it back on. When I run a memory diagnostics test, it boots though. What should I do so I don't have to run a memory test?


Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 532.5

Hi there,

Remove rtc battery and motherboard and reset the bios,wait for 10 minutes then put rtc back.
