My labtop sound is not headphones.

Hello,

i bought acer aspire one751, 10 days back. for that sound is not coming from headphones, from speakers its coming perfectly. the problems starts if we connect headphones no sound is coming from headphones and also sound is not coming from speekers if we remove headphones. plz help me

Please get to the Advanced Speaker Settings in the Sound and Audio Properties and have the settings adjusted correctly.
