My Sony Vaio FW-VGN-FW43G has sound probs

Hello, my Sony Vaio laptop has big problems. It is the FW, VGN-FW43G series. I would really like your help and opinions or decisions to help my sound system work again, if so...please explain specifically so that I can understand you. My laptop has had this problem many times already but after restarting my laptop it would work again. My problem now is that I have restarted it alot of times and it still won't work, my sound system is still not working. I firstly thought it was because of buying Norton 360 which I had purchased yesterday but when I uninstalled it today my sound system still has problems and will not work at all. Please help me !

Hi there,

To start open run,type msconfog.msc ,press ok then n general tab select normal startup and restart your laptop,if still not solved please feel free to revert back sending me a private message with full information on the issue.

I typed in msconfog.msc in run but it won't work ! any suggestions now?

me too i have tried this myself. and it just shows me an error message. some one please help
