If the Ieeula.chm is missing from the Windows/IE8 folder, replace the Ieeula.chm file by using the Ieeula.chm file in the Windows/Help folder. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, type %windir%\help in the Open box, and then click OK.
2. Right-click the Ieeula.chm file, and then click Copy.
3. Exit Windows Explorer.
4. Click Start, type %windir%\IE8 in the Open box, and then click OK.
5. On the Edit menu, click Paste.
