Unable to open my folder

Hello,
when i open up my folder it open to control panel, ive tried that key solution,but still unable to get my data back.plz help

SO THE FOLDER YO UARE OPENING IS ACTUALLY A VIRUS...!....THE ACTUALL FILDER MAY BE HIDDEN.........or may be deleted by virus

so reccover files download

recover4all full version just type ..................site:mediafire.com recover4all in google and download and recover files..!

Hello,
i have a problem in portable counter strike 1.6.
he is saying to me unable to load authentication library, exiting
what can I do ? ..... half an hour before I was just playing when I notice that I can change the screen size setting
from that time ...till now I can play because it is failing to load.

i am using windows 7,64bit,,when I run the application it show unable to load authentication library,exiting..i tried changing tha settings in video and the screen size and also tried the run in window..none of them worked ...pls help me..
