Ethernet problem.

i m tauisf from pakistan... yesterday my younger brother insatall the window xp 2006 orignal.. after completion when he try to search some thing on net .. there is a prob of ether net.. and this is yellow in colour. how i can install driver oline. i m not at home . and bro is at home.. there is any way to solve this prob. he has no drivers cd also.
