Hello,

Thank you in adavance for your assistance.. I am wondering how to create a spread sheet using Excel. I want to be able to have one master spreadsheet with the pertinent data in columns.. I would like to use pull down menus in some of the columns and be able to create mailing lists that pull data from the different columns.. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciate.. thank you..

You would need to create lists either based on ranges or typed in. Look help on data validation
