laptop connects to Yahoo but won't open mailClosed

Hello, 

I bought a new netbook and router.  I can connect to my homepage but it will not connect to my att.net mail. It worked this morning, but not this afternoon! 

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Dear Sir, 

Please consider contacting the Yahoo Mail Support to see whether the account has not been disabled for any security reasons or still it could have been hacked.
